graduated in guitar with full marks from the Italian National Conservatoire, he was later awarded a Diploma of Merit from the Academy of Music in Pescara, where he studied with Alvaro Company, who further has been following him drawing up a clear course of the research as far as technique and expression are concerned.
He has achieved a Diploma of Merit in Guitar and Chamber Music at the Chigiana Music Academy and he has graduated from the Salerno University with full marks in Arts, completing
his studies of composition with the Argentinian composer Eduardo Ogando.
He has carried out a very busy concert activity in many countries of the world for important musical institutions as St.Martin in the Fields-London, Ciakovsky Conservatoire-Moscow, Dublin Philarmonic-Dublin, French Guitar Society-Metz, Leakey Memorial Hall-Nairobi, Ravello Concerts Society-Villa Rufolo, International Lyceum Club Concert Series-Florence, RAI National Television, etc.
He has collaborated with music and guitar magazines of international acclaim, such as “Revista Musical Catalana” (Spain), Soundboard (USA) “Guitart”, “Guitart International” and dotGuitar (Italy). One of his CD’s published by “Aulos Music” (South Corea), has been reviewed in magazines such as “Gramophone”, “Joyclassic” and “Coda” and his next CD with Molino music will be internationally distributed by Tactus Records (2015).
He has edited the first modern edition of Molino’s Sonatas for guitar with accompaniment of violin, published by Chanterelle and distributed by Zimmermann Musikverlag.
He has been invited to hold Master Classes and Lectures in Italy (universities, music academies, guitar symposiums), Russia (Music Academy of the Tchaikovsky Conservatory of Moscow), Finland (Music Institute of Helsinki), Poland (Music Institutes and Guitar Workshops), Czech Republic (Brno International Guitar Festival), USA (Portland Guitar Society) as well as at many International Guitar Festivals.
Recently, he has been awarded the title of “Excellent Maestro” at the “Guitar Renaissance 2013” Festival (State Philharmonic-Belarus).
The acclaimed guitarist-composer Alvaro Company dedicated him “Bagatella op. 51” for solo guitar.
He plays a guitar received as a gift from Jan Schneider (Czech Republic) and an “Elite” of Josè Ramirez III (limited production of 1988).
