Eleonora Giosuè  graduated with honours at S. Cecilia Conservatory of Rome in 2001 under the guidance of Maestro Giovanni Antonioni. Since the early years she has developed  intense chamber music and orchestral activities, participating in various training courses with teachers and individual orchestra leaders such as  H. van Dijk, B. Antonioni, L. Ciulei, C. Chiarappa, F. Cusano.
She has worked with various orchestras including the Orchestra of the Conservatory of Rome, the Orchestra of the Teatro G. Donizetti in Bergamo, the Italian Youth Orchestra, the Orchestra Regionale Toscana, EUYO European Youth Orchestra, Opera Theatre “A. Belli “in Spoleto, Marche Philharmonic Orchestra, Orchestra Filarmonica di Torino.
As a member of the Italian Youth Orchestra, she studied under  F. Cusano, D. Pierini, C. Chiarappa, A. Faja, and  with the same orchestra has collaborated with Maestro G. Noseda, G. Ferro, Z. Mehta and C. Abbado.
In 2011 she has partecipated in prestigious masterclasses in the US with W. Fitzpatrick (Chapman University, Orange County, L.A.), S. Clapp (Juilliard School, New York) e C. Heard (Juilliard School, New York).

Main experiences, artistic orchestral works and chamber ensembles:

– With the Conservatory of Rome, tours in Normandy (Festival of European Youth Orchestras);concerts in the Auditorium of the Academy St. Cecilia in 2000; Italian-American production of “Mass” of L Bernstein conducted by M º B. Brott ( “Aula Nervi” -Vatican);
– Collaborations at the Opera di Roma ,Rome;
– Concerts with the ‘Italian Youth Orchestra (OGI) and’ Orchestra della Toscana (ORT) at: Florence, Lucca, Perugia, Cosenza, Berlin (Conductors: G. Noseda G. Ferro);
– Productions at the  Theatre G. Donizetti in Bergamo Director M º F. Carminati ;
– Participation in  tours (2004/2008/2016) in Japan and Qatar (UAE) of the opera “A. Belli “in Spoleto
– Collaboration with the ‘Chamber Orchestra “New Scarlatti” of Naples;
– Tour of Canada ‘s Chamber Orchestra “Nova Amadeus” in Rome under the patronage of the Italian Consulate General in Toronto;
– Tour of Austria,China  and the United States with the Orchestra Sinfonica di Roma.

– She has worked with the ‘Marche Philharmonic Orchestra in its main activities as: “Macerata Opera Festival in Macerata Sferisterio under the artistic direction of Katia Ricciarelli.

– She has collaborated with the Teatro Lirico Sperimentale “A. Belli” in Spoleto and with the Orchestra Sinfonica di Roma Arts Academy.

Since Summer 2008 she has been partecipating to the International Chamber Ensemble and Opera Music Festival concert seasons in Sant’Ivo alla Sapienza in Rome (Professor Peter Atherton from Chapman University, director and teacher), collaborating with american cast coming from every part of the USA.

– Playing in duo with piano, she performed in very prominent music festivals (Liszt Academy in Budapest, concerts at the University “La Sapienza” of Rome).

Her concert career has taken her to perform in various chamber ensembles and orchestras in prestigious concert halls all over the the world, including Carnegie Hall in New York (USA), Kennedy Center in Washington (USA), Verizon Hall Philadelphia (USA), Shubert Hall in Boston (USA), Deutsche Philharmonie and the Konzerthaus in Berlin, the Musikverein in Vienna, the Tokyo Bunka Kaikan, Kobe Kokusai Hall, Osaka Festival Hall, Nerima Bunka Center in Tokyo, Orchard Hall in Tokyo, Main Hall Theatre Sheraton Doha (Qatar), Center for the Performing Arts in Beijing, Center for the performing arts in Shanghai.

Teaching Experience:

She has been teaching music alongside her artistic career since 1995 and collaborating with leading private and public music schools in and around Rome. She has been teaching violin and chamber music, music theory, and music history.
She is currently violin tenured professor at Chris Cappell College Music High School in Anzio (Rome).

 

She  is also a graduate of the University “La Sapienza” of Rome. She has a specialized degree  in Literature, Music and Entertainment.Ascolta
